What is this module that I found hanging out of the protected area of the front left wheel well? Many thanks!

Secondary air injection(AIR)pump relay.
Btw, It should be mounted on the back of the intake manifold.

from the picture posted looks like it is by the firewall behind the intake near a PVC hose near the brake master cylinder. so rear right of the intake if your standing in front of your engine bay.
