Default what else should i change out at 240k km

2003 hummer h2 with 240,000km on it, recently did all this maintenance but im wondering if i should do anything else? when i went to the tire shop to get my alignment they said the truck is leaning or sagigng or something and said it probably is from the strut/spring? i already changed the shocks so dont know what is left.

new parts installed:
plugs
wires
cleaned air filter
upper control arm front both sides
lower ball joint both sides
all 4 inner and outer tie rods
all 4 shocks
front diff fluid
rear diff fluid
transfer case fluid
power steering fluid

what else would you guys recommend to change out or what else is due? i dont really offroad, just highway and city driving. i havent done really any maintnenace on this truck for basically its whole life so thought i would start now aha.

they might need to adjust your front torsion bars to level it out. you might want to find another alignment shop if they do not know what torsion bar alignment is.

If you havent changed the engine pulleys, do so. You have a tensioner and idler as well as AC tensioner. Check your power steering hoses for leaks and replace as necessary. Pinch all coolant hoses to check for rigidity. The more rigid the better. I would also change the heater hose to firewall connection; they turn to soft rubber and snap when you least expect them to. Don't ask how I know.... Think about changing out coils with OEM only. Also check your fuel pressure regulator for leaks if you haven't replaced that; you are getting up in mileage. If you have a hybrid radiator (aluminum/plastic) think about changing that out to all aluminum as if water gets into your transmission through the coolant lines, it will destroy the trans. Trans cooler plastic is mated to aluminum radiator. Also ground the radiator to engine block or your antifreeze will ground the radiator eating up the metal. Only use gear oil in the tcase or it may have a tendency to grind to powder using thin viscosity transmission fluid as lubricant. Keep the fuel filter changed and gas tank never less than 1/4 tank. A clean fuel filter lets the fuel pump work less and having it submerged in gasoline in the tank keeps it kool lasting longer. Change out your relays in your fuse box if you havent changed them ever. Good insurance and cheap parts. I got 258K on my rig.
