Westin taillight guards as headlight guards?

Westin taillight guards as headlight guards?

Cleaning out garage and found an old set of westin taillight guards new in box for my old truck.

would they look good if I were to fab a proper mount and angle correctly?

Similar to g wagon headlight grills?

Would it affect lighting?

Opinions please

Otherwise will just sell/trash...

Can be mounted 4 different ways and swapped side to side for double mounting options.

Would also consider cutting and capping tubes to fit.

Waste of time or cool?

Right on point... I don't think I have ever seen headlight guards? Maybe I'm wrong. But it is a good idea. The bumper brush guards help but it might be some extra protection for the Headlights when you're deep off road in the brush. Yes/No?
