That’s the area the water leaks from, it’s starting to ruin the headliner. I’m going to bring it to the dealer and hopefully they can figure this out. I’ll keep you posted

That's from the sunroof drains.

When I spray water over the the corner cab light water comes through, I’ve tested sunroof drains and no water comes in.

did you seal the corner cab light ? you might want to recheck with it off

Yeah resealed cab light, hopefully the dealership will figure it out and I’ll post what the issue was when I find out.

Might have to pull the roof rack side rails off and reseal the body seams under them.... I did that on mine. If so get a tube of proper 3M body seam sealer, dont just put any plain silicone there for that as you want to be sure it seals and lasts.

if it's aceptable to comment on a old thread.
if the sun roofs drains are clogged an sunroof is never opened an the inside of roof light is glued will it still leak right there at the headliner it stained good.

can the sunroof be taped w/ like RV roof tape?

Check roof rails. The paint cracks and can cause leaks, put RTV along the the seam or some sort of sealant.
