Vents blowing hot on drivers side only

Further assistance needed
I have the same problem. The "pull the fuse" reset procedure works for a while then starts blowing hot again on driver's side. The consensus seems to be that the actuator is bad. Can anyone provide the part number and installation procedure for the actuator? Thank you.
