Live in Pennsylvania. In need of a complete transfer case for my 06 H2 SUT. If reasonably priced will drive up to 500 miles ASAP to purchase. Thanks in advance for any help.

The rebuilt kits are very inexpensive and simple to do. If you do your own work such as wheel bearings, brakes and such.... You won't have any problem. Only thing it really requires is a large snap ring plier, I have a set about 10 in long that ratchet and hold the snap ring open. Amazon has a set of three for under $50.

Well once you get the used one swapped in, I'd say go ahead and rebuild your old one to have a spare on the shelf. A great way to see how it works

Transfer case chains from Dana Spicer are $164, and there's an oil pump upgrade kit for about $75.
