TPMS Sensor Read Issue
Has anyone experience erratic read failure on the left rear TPMS sensor?
I replace three sensors before I figured out it's not the sensors but the sensor reader/scanner on the truck.
It is not a consistent problem, I recently made a trip from Atlanta to Tulsa and this happen once.
On my return trip it happen four times, and usually at least two to three times a week on my daily commute.
Seems like 20 to 25 miles is the magic number for it to throw the warning up.
Any info on this would be appreciated.

I have the tpms error come up for the whole system every once and while. tpms is a junk government requirement. I don't know anything about tpms but I do know it is better to just let the light burn out. You are just wasting your time lol. If you fix it, it will just break again. Good luck tho.
Apologies joriep1 I have no direct experience with the Hummer's inbuilt TPMS, however I did find the snippet below which may help or at least get you started.
1. Apply parking brake. Turn ignition to ON position (engine off)
2. Press and hold unlock and lock buttons on the keyless entry transmitter until horn sounds, and then LF turn signal will become illuminated.
3. Starting with LF tire, increase/decrease tire pressure until horn sounds.
4. After horn sounds proceed as in step 5 for the next 3 sensors in the following order: RF RR LR After completing LR tire horn will sound twice.
5. Turn ignition to OFF position to exit vehicle learn mode. Adjust all tires to pressure listed on the placard.
