Default These tires good to put on?

Bought some used 37 tires to put on the H2 and wondering if these are safe to drive on because of the creasing are tears. I don’t know much about tires, was hoping someone can help me.

That isn't anything imo that is dangerous as far as the tire failing. Someone was rough breaking the tire down.

Otoh it may be a challenge to get the tire to bead/seal on the rim and hold air because of that damage.

Ask your local used tire shop if they think the tires will seal and hold air. They can see the tires in person and give you a better opinion.

Get them checked/mounted by a reputable tire shop, they will use a bead sealer and check for leaks, if they hold pressure, drive on.

Should be fine to install, for extra piece of mind if wanted put repair sealant on the loose pieces and a coat over the missing pieces. then bead sealer when they are getting mounted.
