Default Testing for bad idler arm and transfer case output shaft bushing

Hey folks... yesterday while driving at about 70 MPH I felt a slight vibration in the H2. I could also hear it too. It wasn’t constant. Would come and go. And I didn’t notice it at lower speeds. I checked each hub today and they all seem tight. I left one wheel on the ground and tested each side to see if the tie rods were clunking and wanted to look for movement. The tie rods seem ok... no noise, and the movement Spears to be together and not at the joint. I did however notice some movement in the idler arm. What do you think?

also I wanted to mention I have no play in my steering, it’s tight and responsive. I also have no clunking or popping at all.

Next ill check the shafts and other components too.

I don't think it should move at all... but its been a while since I have fooled with these... Anyone willing to show me what yours looks like?

Looking at the drive shaft I really didn't see any movement at all with the uv-joints... but I see some slop at the transfer case... I think its just a bad seal...

Thoughts?

I picked up a new seal for the transfer case. Going to try that but if it is the bushing in the rear has anyone replaced it without pulling the transfer case? Must be a too to pull it out?

looking now

I just ordered a bushing. Can someone tell me if this was the correct part?

ACDelco 19168733 GM Original Equipment Transfer Case Rear Output Shaft Bushing
Amazon Amazon

based off this diagram
http://katalogi.top/hummer/4109014203069/

looks like it is.

Now i I just need to rent or find the puller cheap.

Has anyone seen this bushing? Is it a viper one like I ordered, or a silver one with slots in it like in this pic
