Yes and if you want to go even nicer you can get one from a few other models like an Escalade.... Look close at the wheel, if it is GM and has the identical physical shape it "should" fit. You will see this type wheel in years from 2003-2007 models. I put a nice wood and leather one from a Buick Rendezvous in mine. The wood feels great. The trick is finding one in great condition....

 

Thanks MixManSC. All the GM Pickup, SUV and Hummer steering wheels from 2003-2007 look the same with the same switches. I am just trying to confirm the later year steering wheels will fit on a 2004 and that there were not some internal differences that made them incompatible,

 

If the physical shape and button config matches then I'd be 99.9% confident it will work no problem. Greatly expands the range of finding one as many might be listed for only a specific vehicle for a specific year even though it will work in many others. My H2 is an 03 and my steering wheel came out of a 2006. I did have the model wrong though, my wheel came out of a GMC Envoy Denali (not a Rendezvous).
