Default Skid Plate on Lifted H2

I recently had my 2004 H2 lifted with the Bulletproof 6-8" lift and put it on 40s. However, this resulted in the stock skid plate/mesh not fitting anymore. Anyone has experience with this scenario? If so, what aftermarket options are available? Any suggestions?

1. Chop your OEM skid plate to fit.
or
2. Get a custom-fit plate made out of 1/4" aluminum by the same offroad performance shop that jacked up your H2.

Simple.

Option 1 didn't pan out and the shop that did the lift for me does not do skid plates unfortunately. Looks like the only option might be to get a custom plate made.

Call up your local steel shop and get plate steel or aluminum, measure, cut, bend, and drill where you need. Cost would be under a hundred bucks. You could even get it in diamond plate.

OK, Best bet is to find a place that specializes in off-roading. If they can not fab a skid plate, they will know who can do that for you.
It is actually a very simple procedure.

I have had one made before for a low car that I used to drive on gravel logging roads with, whose oil pan I wanted to protect.
