Walked past the rear of my rig and noticed the left rear shock was soaked in oil, I guess it's time for a set of four. I ordered some new Bilstein 4600 shocks, I will replace the front bump stops at the same time. $365 from Summit for the set.

 

Yep some would call them a money pit but dang I enjoy my Hummer

 

quick question . I now have rancho chocks all around but wanted to look up on the bilstein side what exactly do i need ? 4600 all 4 or 5100 and 4600 ??? some sites have a set of 4 but different numbers .im not lifted all stock high ...

 

I ordered 4 of the 4600 shocks, they should be here today. I will get the part number for you. My truck is also stock height.

I have the 5100 series and also the front steering damper replaced, all Bilstein. Smooth ride. Definitely happy with ours.
