I need to install a new door key lock cylinder - cannot find any information on how it is held in place and how to remove it. I have the door panel off and the actuator out but cannot figure out how the actual key cylinder is removed.

 

service manual says remove the outside handle then there is a small wire keeper that you need to remove by pulling it downward
