Made a Positive out of Neg situation
2 weeks ago got sideswiped at 75 MPH by someone who was more concerned with texting than watching his lane. Rig took hit pretty good with only minimal damage, Once at the chevy dealers body shop for repairs, the gentleman said they would do an alignment and balance the tires as well. I took the opportunity to ask them to install my green keys to level it out. So they installed them free of charge. I was very happy

Sorry to hear your truck was damaged but good its minor and can be fixed.
It's amazing how the attitudes of the owner and employees can make or break a dealership.
For some it's only a job and don't need to be bothered by customers and others have got it figured out, without customers there is no job.
For most they just don't understand that helping someone today may increase the chances of having a return customer for the future.

The insurance claim was around 1800 and since it was the other person fault there was no money out for my deductible if they wanted to push the issue I would have just paid it myself, as for the two parking spots must be a trained GM employee as that's how he wasit sitting when I went to pick it up
