The part number is 15200468 for the replacement tray but you can forget finding it. There is an aftermarket replacement for it, see the link below in the for sale section on this forum

on a taho if you did not get the 6 disc changer then it would have come with that tray option. i have been contemplating replacing the onstar with the cd changer but i forgot to take the harness out of the taho. my factory radio already has the cd changer built in but what the hell. but i really do not use cd's any more so never pursued the install.
