Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default Knock Sensor...

My 09 H2 just thru a Knock sensor code. Any one have a Pic of where it's loctaed or explain how hard or easy it is to get to? I'm sure you have to drop the front Bash Pan... If that's the case Fa-Gat_About_it. I know it's a one bolt deal wth a 2 conductor plug but don't feel like getting down and dirty in this crappy weather.
I'll due a search now and see what I can Find.

Tanks

Ok just did a search and found info on the 05 H2... Does the install require pulling the Intake????!!!!!! Gheez I hope not. So are two required?

Thanks Gavin.... I was Chit-en Bricks untill I found my service manual and looked it up by DTC .. Then right to the page that you posted. Thank You!!

Man.. the owners of the earlier H2's I feel sorry for. Ripping the intake off was not a good design for the 6.0 or I guess earlier 6.2's. Wonder when the light bulb went off at GM and they moved and redesigned the sensor and location. So I guess the 08 and 09-2's are on the outside block. Not sure of the different model year Sensor changes.

Anyway..thanks for taking the time to look that up and post the pic's. I know that some work.

Yeah that’s weird. Number 14 looks like it’s pointing at an ignition coil or something
