Has anyone recently had their instrument cluster repaired. Looking for options and recommendation.

I have a parasitic draw coming off the IC/DIC fuse and also have been experiencing intermittent black outs of the entire dash. I thought is was from the low batter conditions but thinking it may in fact be the cause. Also finding a smaller draw off the HVAC Control fuse. I had recently replaced my original climate control with a Dorman model and pretty sure the drain came with the Dorman. Thinking I maybe should have just rebuilt the original as it was working fine other than the dials.
