I Got This Idea...Maybe Your Sick About Hearing About This
So here's my thought. Rather then take a chance of breaking my side mirror during removal.... How about taking a 1/4 inch piece of plywood...gluing a piece of soft felt or something like that to the back. This is after you trace out the shape of the mirror glass (From The One I bought which is the right size) and cut the plywood to the mirror shape. Then Tape the poop out of it to the Mirror on the rig. Then try and pry off the original mirror.
The wood would act as a support preventing the stock mirror from bending while you pop it off.
Now I expect the regulars Like Z man and Creepy to come on here and tare my Azz apart. That's good. That will tell me never to post an idea for repair again and I should receive 10 Lashes with a Wiper Arm Meck. But having been in the cr_p hole I can take it......
