Yes....
03/04 did have some differences from 05-07 models. 03 was the only year with no fender radio antenna (which I like) - on 03 only the radio antenna is roof mounted.
03/04 also did not have the global windows.
Some other slight differences among the years as well. Of course 08 was a massive change with a different drivetrain, interior, and totally different electrical system.

+1 on the Diablo tune - it was recommended from a forum member here and has definitely improved drivability, performance and mileage on my '08.
Is it like a computer you plug into the Hummer or...
Thanks he's a local guy about 30 miles from me but he came to me & did all the tuning his self with his lil' computer & he actually went with me after he tuned it & asked me if I could tell any difference & I'm telling you it made a BIG difference, it's called Mad Tunes Racing, he's in La. it's been a good while since I've had it done but I would think he's still around, well worth the money in my opinion, there's no other H2's that can run with me
Yes, there's a handheld device that plugs into the OBD port and it's a bit of an interactive process where you perform certain functions, capture readings, send info back to (Lew Diablo?) several times and he sends updated ECU coding. It apparently has a self-learning mode that continues to update and improve.
