Hummer H2 does not crank

My 08 has had similar trouble voltage good, no start, all gauges show good, starter fine. It was a 2amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood labeled DLIS.
What had happened was... I installed a CB radio using the trailer wire red/black built into the 08. So when I would turn the ignition off and exist the vehicle with the radio on the fuse would sometimes blow, not every time. But to find this out I had to have it towed to a trusted shop not the dealer. I have since wired CB straight to battery. Never blown a fuse since. The trailer wire actually when threw the BCM someway. So if after installing any accessories and having these sorts of problems revisit accessories.
