I have a 2004 hummer h2 that doesn’t turn the first time sometimes after the second try it turns right on. I’ve been told it’s the fuel pump by the dealer I’ve replaced several time to no avail. Any help would be appreciated

 

 

When you say "turn over" are you saying the starter is not "turning over" the engine in an attempt to start it? If the starter is not engaging it has nothing to do with the fuel pump. You need to check your battery connections, starter relay, solenoid, and starter if it's not turning over.
