Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default Help! H2 SAS or LT

so as people may have seen from my other thread about building a LT kit for the h2 im about to finish up my jeep (which will be my DD while I build H2) so I am about to start my suspension build.

here is my question...
-I already have a fabtec 6" lift with the drop bracket. originally I was just going to build the long travel off the drop bracket and use coilers instead of torsion bar.
-all my buddies that I wheel with are giving me **** saying im wasting my time and just drop dana 60 in the front. do you guys think they are right?

can't decide if SAS or LT is the best way to go. I live in CO so lots of rock crawling but was wanting to turn h2 into a trophy truck like build.

you think it would be better just to drop dana 60 front and back and call the LT quits?

Most of the really hardcore offroad guys will always poo poo any IFS setup and insist that a solid axle is the only thing that is good for hardcore offroading.

I think a few companies make long travel suspension kits for h2’s and silverados
