Default help with direction h2 limousine

I have a 2003 h2 limousine.
I can't get it to turn with the vehicle stationary.
I have changed the new acdelco steering pump, rebuilt steering box, new hydroboost.
But with the Hummer stationary he only turns the wheel half a turn to one side and a half to the other, I don't know what to do anymore.
I have the original wheels size

Help please !!!

Ayuda porfavor!!!

then you need to check the rest of the steering parts. idler arm, pitman arm, lower and upper ball joints. steering damper maybe seized. or something is bent on the front of the truck causing an obstruction.

That or maybe even swap up to the newer full size GM truck power steering pump. I've read that they are a much improved design (improved pump with much more pressure and flow) and are basically a bolt in swap. I read on one site where people have swapped them onto older GM trucks for improved steering with larger tires. In your scenario though it sounds like maybe something is binding up or you possibly got a defective new part.

In any case, it is a lot of strain on one to turn the wheels back and forth while not moving and maybe the stretch just adds that much more weight on the front end that the stock pump is just not quite enough.

Do you have a link to the updated part thread?

You might try installing a smaller diameter power steering pump pulley. Mine sometimes is a little difficult to turn while at idle too. I've got over sized tires and a Redhead steering box, I think it needs more pressure. Reducing the pulley diameter should solve this. I have one but have not gotten around to installing it yet. I purchased a Dirty Dingo small diameter pulley for about $90.00. It requires a shorter belt too but I have not purchased that yet.

Good point. Smaller pulley will have more rpm's, which increases pressure to assist, the belt length(93) and the difference would be minimal. You can measure:
