Heated seat comes on by itself how to disconnect or pull the fuse?

No not at all. I opened up the drivers side rear door and was able to access it that way. I had to contort some to see but you can get to it to disconnect it.

Open driver side rear door. Put your right ear down on the floor mat so you're looking directly under the driver's seat. Hopefully that floor mat is clean. Lol, if you're in the 2/3 of the country that's experiencing freezing temperatures.... Might want to wait until spring
