I took the plunge and now i am the owner of an 05 SUT. But... i have the heater issue of it only blows heat at 90 degrees and cold from 89 down, and the fan only blows on the highest setting.

I have read and researched the heat one side cold on the other, but that is not my issue.

I have also seen mention of the Blower Control Module replacement, but nothing with resolve on my issues.
May there be any other H2 owners that has had success tackling this issue??

 

Probably the Cabin Air Sensor or Aspirator, this video may help..

What video did you follow? I did tried the video I posted no luck. I never heard the actuator reset? Maybe I done it wrong but I followed the video???
