Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
FYI - Ft Wayne Clutch and Driveline has a good product, great customer service, and an excellent price. Fabtech Lifts wanted $1100 for a replacement front driveshaft. Ft. Wayne Clutch and Driveline made one custom for me based on my measurements for $685. I will be installing it in the coming days and update this post with my findings and opinion. Steve over there was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, so I expect the product will be up to snuff.
My H2 is lifted 6 inches on a fabtech lift, but they also offer stock/oem replacements at Ft. Wayne Clutch and Driveline.
The new driveshaft fit well. All works as it should, and is a better shaft than Fabtech offers. It uses a shorter output shaft which puts the double cardan joint closer to the transfer case for improved driveline angle.
do you happen to have the measurements you took from your old one? I have the same lift on mine but the lift that I bought was missing that shaft
