thinking about changing my carpet, it just isn't as crisp as I would like. But I have never seen a carpet set offered for sale? Anyone here every replace an H2 carpet set?

 

I think I've seen the carpet come up for sale once on Ebay and it wasn't new. I think your best bet would be to have an upholstery shop just replace it, mold it into the truck, etc. I'm sure to find H2 specific carpet you're going to spend a chunk of money.
