At what cost?

 

I'm planning to install Eaton e-locker in the front diff next spring with Yukon 4.88 gear sets and axle shafts.

I noticed on one of your posted pics that you have the front mounted winch on the original bumper. Care to share some info about the install and what kind of winch is it.

I had it fitted by a garage, so I would'nt be the one to give install details.
However it's a Warn PN 69502 9.5xp winch - special design to fit the H2 bumper. 12V, 100' wire rope, hawse fairlead.
A hole was opened in the plastic on the right side of the plastic on top of the bumper to access the clutch control (you can see it on the pic), and the hand held remote control connector is in the place of the left front hook. Which makes only one hook left in the front, but it's OK.
By the way, yes I need to replace the tires by bigger ones. But I don't want to replace my stock 20'' rims. What kind of tires would be best knowing I drive only in sand?
