H2 3rd row conversion giving 8 seats on a pre 2008 model
Hummer H2For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.
I'd have to agree there. Cannot say I've seen anyone else try to convert the earlier models half third row to a full third row. Considering it would not be a factory configuration, if something did happen and someone was in those seats and got injured, no insurance would likely pay anything as it would not have any sort of FHA crash testing or certifications.

I put a full 3rd row seat in one of my H2's. It's just a dual seat from Cerullo so I can seat 7. The build quality is great and it matches the interior too design and color. However, a couple of things. No shoulder straps. They should have had the same build design into the seat for the shoulder straps, but it's just lap belts. And they're not exactly positioned correctly either, they come in from the side and well it's hard to say without pictures or video but the alignment for the belts is off. They work but still, should have been shoulder straps and it was quite a lot of money, now it looks like they've raised their prices too. The other issue it height. you couldn't be more than 5'8" to sit back there, which is fine, I got it for kids but it does sit higher than the stock seat. Removal is also a pain, the twist ***** are not easy to get back in. I don't take it out much unless I need to haul something. Installation, you have to cut the carpet. I cut as little as I had to so it was a neat fit, but if I delete the seat in the future it will require new carpet. I plan on using for a long time though so I think it was worth it. I will not be putting a full 3rd row in second H2 I just bought. I Just threw the half seat from my first H2 in the new H2, same color interior so it matches too. I think 3 seats in back would be pretty narrow. We can seat 3 in 3rd row in our expedition but it's a wider seat. This is the ebay picture attached. I mainly knock off for no shoulder straps.
