Default H2 2006 steering gear sloppy

Hi guys,
I want to know the main issue with sloppy steering wheel as I've changed all front end including tightening steering gear box but still sloppy. On highways speed and bumpy road the tires feels like they moving left and right even though I holding steering wheel tightly, once I move steering wheel little bit left/right side then it's goes.
Now I've taken a video of car wheels on the ground with engine off, where I'm holding and rotating steering shaft there's movement on steering wheel and shaft linked on gear box, is that normal or I need to change steering gear box?

Inner/outer tie rod ends, idler and pitman arm replaced? Steering stabilizer shock new?

Checked front wheel bearings/hubs for play?

Did all that on my 2003 H2, ended up replacing steering gear box. Problem solved. Pretty easy job, doesn't take long.

Yes, all are new.
End rods, inner rod, stabilizer, suspension, tires, bushes, ball joints, idler arm and bracket, pit arm, center link.
The wheel hubs are in good condition there's no movement from up/down and left/right.

Likely needs a box. if you want to be super sure, have someone shake the steering wheel back and fourth when the wheels are ON the ground while you inspect the joints for slop. Also ensure the pitman arm is fully seated and torqued. Spec is 184ft/lbs aka as tight as you can with a box end wrench and a cheater bar.

You may want to look at the tilt joint in the top of the column. It has screws that come loose sometimes.

Also inspect your control arm bushings and ball joints. To do this correctly, jack up each side by the lower control arm, NOT by the frame. That way suspension is at ride height and not under tension by resting on the droop stop.
