Gm nav radio questions

Just wondering if the lux nav on a H3 was the same part number for the h2 unit ?... they look the same from the outside ... I’m asking because I want to try this unit on the h2 just for fun , I’m also wondering if I need to reprogram anything and also other than the Xm module whats the correct part #do I need ?.. mine it’s an 04 ...... ??? I posted this before but I can’t find the correct Xm unit yet ��

Whatever radio you put in will be locked out and will need to be reset by the dealer. On my 03 when I added nav. I had to tap into the VSS wire. Your 2004 might not need that.
I am not sure if the h3 unit is the same. I have a nav unit out of a 2005 Cadillac escalade for sale.
