Default Fuses

I added aux back up lights wired in to existing backup lights, no problem all lights came on when gear shift placed into reverse with switch on. Decided to add on demand switch for the aux backups, in doing so I assume I blew the 7.5 fuse for backup lights. Problem, and I am old so please understand, I can't locate the fuse block with the 7.5 amp fuse, it is not under the hood or the block panel on the left end of the dashboard. Manual says there is one to the left of the steering column, there asre relays and circuit breakers no fuses. Would appreciate someone letting me know exactly where this fuse bloke is located under the instrument panel. Also, could I change out the 7.5 amp fuse for a 20 amp to handle the extra load.
Txs in advance for the help

I have a 3 so I'm no help with the fuse location, but my 08 expedition has a small cube style circuit breaker for the back up lights.
