Good luck..... there are TONS of accessories that "were" made for the H2's. The vast majority of aftermarket accessories have not been made in years. More obscure stuff, even more so and I can say without hesitation, that is an obscure accessory. Pretty sure by the fitment and where it bends etc that was made specifically for an H2. There are still some things that are made but I've never seen one of those.

I was thinking along those lines myself.
When looking online at other runners that are made for smaller trucks or cars the best I could find was a rear runner for a Cargo Van.
I was unable to find one that came close to the one in the picture.
It’s going to be another endless Easter Egg Hunt for an accessory.
