Default Front Diff. Bushings Upgrades

Upgraded my H2 front diff. and crossmember bushings from Outfitter Design. Also, replaced front diff. 2 outer seal with OEM and replaced 2 front u-joints with Spicer.

Great job. What did you do to the diff? Did you pick up any extra vibrations with the heavy duty bushings?

I didn't do any mods to the diff except replaced 2 outer seal that's leaking. No vibrations at all, it actually eliminates clunk. Will see if this hold up off-road.

Did you have to split the case open to replace the seals?

It just pops out by pulling on it?

i just tap the flange edge lightly with the rubber mallet and it came out fine. You can use a sliding hammer if you have one available and it'll do the same job.

How bad was your clunk? I've got the clunk that is audible when I let off the throttle and then reapply. Not so much when shifting from gear to gear. I just came across the Outfitter bushing kit and am seriously considering the upgrade but want to do gear swap at the same time. I've got the oem 3.73s and want the 4.56s to go with the 37s I'm running.
