E fan conversion thermos switch

Hi all,any idea where can I place the thermo switch for my conversion? I know there is option to use thermo probe. Any ideas?

CAn you tell me why you switched and what was cost and materials used if I may ask?

I have the probe style on a pro street s-10 and it works very well and you can dial in the temp you want it to come on, I think it was about 40.00 bucks from summit
