De-Chroming w/ Rust-Oleum Spray Paint
I normally don't like paintvthe plastic, let alnoe the parts you'll touch all the time, because the paint doesn't hold on properly.
I paint the chomed and cracked grill on my hummer, just because I couldn't find proper replacement, we will see how long it will work...
Normally to make proper job, you should remove the chrome completely. To do such from my mags, I spent 800$ for 5......

hmm, I didn’t event think to use clear acrylic sealer. I’ll have to get some and throw a coat on. Thanks for the suggestion.

Good from far, but not bad up close.
I’ll eventually throw down a clear coat to finish it off. Possibly another coat of paint before hand.
There are blemishes, not perfect. But I do really like the color.
