Why? 275lbs per wheel/tire and only 33" tall on an H2? 16" wheel wont even clear the H2 caliper!

Sounds like you are trying to sell them to HF members not buy them for yourself.

nah i actually want to buy it for my hummer if it fits that’s why i wanted to know if it fits

You realize that is a solid tire for tractors and forklifts and not only would be illegal to use on a road vehicle but would be an absolutely horrible and hard ride. Or are you really asking about a plain black steel wheel in which case you can find some basic steel wheels quite easily and put whatever DOT road legal tires you want on them.

General does have some with red lettering - DOT legal.... General Tire - DOT-Approved Grabber Tire - Off-Road Magazine
Or find a company that has one of the tire printers.... LAC Tire Printer
