While installing a new oil gasket I lowered the front diff about 8 inches. There are 6 bolts on each side. Anyway, I double checked bolts on the cv axle and torqued then down to spec 58lb. They really didnt feel that snug. Really dont think they had ever been retightened since leaving the factory. After torquing those down I could feel a significant improvement in the handling. Vehicle was cruising through bends. Something to easy to check if you haven't before. Might be surprised of the results. Gl
