Anyone here tried to take the auto control unit out and swap it for a manual one like came in the 03-06 full size chevrolets ?......if someone has done it already i'd be interested in what exactly had to be done....if not i'll start doing the research and looking at the schematics to see what all it would take

the auto hvac units these trucks came out with are junk.....i've replaced several and now i got another one acting up.....

if anyone has done it let me know!!!
