Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Anyone have pictures of the OEM paintable brush guard?

Default Anyone have pictures of the OEM paintable brush guard?

Below is a picture of what I'm talking about. I am curious if anyone has a picture of one of these on a white H2 (painted white).

Thanks

Mine is orange but if your H2 is white I would bet a painted white guard would look good.

Sorry, I got a little excited, I have only ever seen that style brush guard on a H3. But I'd have to agree that would look sweet whether painted to match or contrast or even as a accent. The little round tubie brush guards just don't match the H2 styling. Been searching for something since I got my H2. That may be the best look I've seen except the maybe Road Armour DAKAR II which is really just scary.

$227 shipped on ebay for an OEM one! I think they came exclusively on the 2006 H2 LIMITED. Only 875ish Limited models were offered for sale. These are remaining inventory from GM. I think I'm going to get one since I'm going for a clean look on my H2 and because you NEVER see them on the road.

I've never seen one in person but to me they look too blended in. Looks like a second grill bolted in front of the first one lol

At first I didn't like it for that reason, however, I think with a chrome grill and a painted brush guard, it could look pretty cool!

I'm not sure if you can do both depending on where the BG mounts. That stockish looking grill mounts to where most BG's mount.

The 'grill mount' you're referring to is what I'm referring to as 'brush guard'. lol
