Thanks for the tips. Have any pics of the driving lights by chance?

Check my build thread, I'm not sure where it is in it. Basically buy some 4.5" round LEDs on amazon or wherever, grind off the mounting boss, spray paint semi gloss black to cover the grind marks. The backs of them have 4 holes, you buy some threaded rod to fit, cut to length and with washers and lock nuts you adjust the aim and length and use the factory mounting holes by sandwiching the plastic between the washers/lock nuts. I hope that makes sense. Be sure to run silicone around the lens and the wiring coming out of the back. That is the only issue I've had with cheaper LEDs bought online, they will leak if not sealed.

Edit: Post 14 there are pics of the DRLs and how to make them

No prob, let me know if you have any problems if you are going that route. It's a pretty cheap setup and works great and doesn't require hacking up the front bumper mounting points.

I know you mentioned getting the
H4 adapter H4 adapter
, but did you also use the Truck-Lite 98630 LED Headlamp Anti-Flicker Module Harness - PWM Pule Width Modulation Adapter? [

Thanks in advance!

The ones I have installed are not the Truklites, those I have in boxes, they are 24 volt military lights.

These are the headlights I have:

I believe they came with an adapter and I did not need an anti flicker

did you have to cut and open up the rear of the headlight buckets to fit those headlights? many of those style LED headlights have a large backing that does not fit the standard hummer light buckets.

Yes I had to cut them out. I just used a huge rasp on a drill to open up the rear of the housing. If enough meat is left around the outside the factory housing will still work if for whatever reason one wanted to go back stock. Cutting the rear of the housing has no bad repercussions

Agreed and from the inside of the hood you cannot even tell when the buckets have been enlarged. Can still put the OEM lights back in just fine too as LoJac says.
