Hummer H2 For those who like a little more gleam to their Hummer, the H2 offers a similar rugged look as the H1, but as a lower cost, and with more added features, making it almost a massive luxury SUV.

Default 2008 Hummer H2 Duramax

Thought I'd share my Hummer H2 Build. It's a 2008 with a full 2500HD powertrain, LMM Duramax engine with the Allision 1000 and NPHD Transfer Case with full 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive. Some of my Engine and Transmission upgrades are: 60% over injectors, AFE cold air intake, EFI Live, MBRP 5" straight pipe, Triple Disc torque converter, billet input and output shafts and Valve Body! Exterior upgrades: 6" Fabtech lift, dual front shock hoop with Dirt Logic shocks, 1" body lift, Duck head keys, 3" coil spacers, 40x15.5 Toyo's, 22x12 Rockstars 2 and E&G Fender flares. With the Fabtech lift, keys, spacers and body lift it's got about 10" of lift.

I'm curious about the hp/torque numbers it puts out.
From the pics, the engine compartment looks clean.
How's the acceleration w/ the 40" tires?

You gotta give us more info.

This truck is bad-***! I would like to know more about this build, why he chose what he did, would he do anything different...
I think it is awesome and when my 03 gives up the ghost i would like to go this route to resurrect it because i love my truck and (i think but could be wrong) a build like this would cost less than a comprarable ride. It just makes me slobber thinking about a h2 rolling down the highway with that diesel sound!

More info please!!!!

Who did the work, how much did it cost, how many miles have you put on it after the conversion and have you had any issues with it?

I hate asking questions like that but I'm looking at doing the same thing. Also what about MPGs?
