Also need to look at the temperature being sent to the ECM, if its low that can be an issue.

If it's got an EGR system then look close at the valve with the scanner and make sure its working as it should.

Have either of you changed any part of the rotational mass, flywheel, torque converter, harmonic balancer, anything of that nature?

I changed out my transmission, full remanufactured with new torque converter. I also installed a new harmonic balancer. This was 6 to 9 months ago.

Did you have a crank re-learn done after the trans work?

No, this was not completed. Didn’t know it existed.
How do you do it?

I failed to mention that a fully remanufactured engine was installed April 2018. New knock sensors with the install. Started throwing codes....p0327 and p0332. Changed out knock sensors and harness again. Same problem.

how long: 4 to 6 weeks after engine install. Approximately, 200 to 300 miles of driving. 80 to 90% city.

after changing out a 2nd time, I think I changed them out in Oct 2018, just this past week codes came back....”only because I drove on the highway.” Since October 2018, H2 has been parked or, driven in town only. Except for last week when I decided to take it out for a spin in preparation for a roadtrip.

The crank relearn can be done with just about any bi-directional scan tool.

When any part of the rotational mass is changed the computer needs the crank relearn procedure to find top dead center. Usually the MIL will start flashing at around 65 MPH when the ECM senses or thinks it has lost the top dead center mark. It also thinks its very rich, so rich it indicates that damage to the CAT's will occur. I'm not saying this is the issue but I would give it a shot.

These are the readings I got at a speed of about 50mph during a 30 second test... Is it normal that they fluctuate so much?

They don't look out of range,

The short term trims should move around based on the O2 sensor readings and the long term trims are trying to keep the short term trims around 0 so they will move but a lot slower than the short term trims.
