the right side one pops off. it looks like from your picture the left side comes off that way as well.
you kind of squeeze the longest sections in the middle and try lifting it slowly little by little. a flat screwdriver might help but be careful as all the plastics in the truck are made from saltine crackers.

yes plastic in H2 are so fragile.

 

As a suggestion it's worth investing in a Car Trim Removal Tool Kit (click link here) they are really cheap and will help reduce damaging your panels.

There are dozens available (ebay, Amazon, Walmart etc) just pick one to suit you.
