I have a 2005 H2 and all of a sudden the drivers seat won't move up and down. When you press the buttons you can hear a faint click so it's sending a signal to the motor, just not moving. Back and forth are working, seat back and lumbar are working, just up and down. Any thoughts?

 

Mine did that. I put some pressure on the shaft with pliers while moving the up/down button and it stated moving. I must have been stuck. Both front and rear up/down on the driver seat did not work. this fixed both - been working for a year.

 

Awesome! That with a little WD40 I got 1 of 2 going again! I will keep working on the other but at least i don't feel like I'm sliding off the seat. THANK YOU!

 

I was also sliding off the seat. That is the worst feeling trying to drivr

 

 

From what I recall I just went to the bar that moves the seat and really lubricated it. Then as I was tiring to use the button I put some good force on the seat bottom upward and it started moving again. It was almost as if the gear was stuck.
