Easier said than done, I broke the mirror trying to pop it up and out. I did manage to get the chrome cover off without damage. DOH. I just installed the new mirror (all black) and might just pain the other chrome one black to "match."

If anyone wants to purchase a driver's side chrome cover and/or swap complete passenger side mirrors (chrome for all black), I'm down.
