I assume with the size of those valve caps that you should have your wheels balanced with them on?

Highly recommended. Wheels are balanced within .25oz (7grams). The downside; using aftermarket/oversized valve stem caps can cause an issue to the valve stem: seize, leak, or break the stem driving over debris. Seen it happen many times over many years. I do not recommend.

some of those aftermarket kits have options to get either these valve caps or internal tpms sensor like stock would be. i would rather go with the internal ones.
