Depends, whats more important to you? New with warranty or almost free with a small warranty and a small gamble? Regarding the LKQ, what is the mileage, is it an H3 4L60E or some other 4x4? There are some small differences.

Claims agent never stated the mileage on LKQ nor did he mention if it would be from a H3 or other 4x4
I personally would not know the difference.I would only have to believe the difference would be in the installment end of it, Brackets & bushings ?

leaning towards 100,000 warranty w/3years for $1,100.00
don't believe ill have the opportunity again to take advantage of a new transmission w/security of a 3 yr warranty.id rather pay now than later.
With that said I better go file my taxes

Your actually paying $1100 for a 2 year warranty.
The 1st year is a wash since the free one has 1 year on it.
As for the 100,000 miles most likely the warranty won't see it since after 3 years it's over.
$1100 to much for a 2 year warranty to me.

That's a very good point I overlooked once again! with that said I could of gotten a full powertrain warranty.

Typically, it's the forward Sprag that fails. What about having your current transmission fixed with a high quality, beefed up Sprag?

Good idear but it was recently purchased and under warranty so claims adjuster just gave me those two options.
