Check out www.springtailsolutions.com
They make a rack system for other manufacturers that may be mountable to an H3 tailgate. I tried getting ahold of them to learn more, but didn't hear back. The hinged table system looks slick . . .

I had my local upholstery shop instal snaps in a smittybuilt jeep tail gate kit. Maybe the idea could work for a diy install.

The back of our seats could be drilled like my back door and snaps would easily river in. I am thinking of doing the seats myself as well but it may more then I need.
