I have an 06 h2. The panels inside are hard plastic. The doors kinda make noise when I hit bumps or just a rough road in general. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix it.

 

If your door panels have ever been removed to do some sort of mod then I would suspect broken door panel clips or something else that was left to bang around. Have you checked for broken door panel clips?

 

Mine does the same thing. I know my door panel clips are good. It's the only thing I wish was better quality on my H2. My H3 is much better with no interior rattles or sounds.

 

I guess I'm lucky. Mine is dead quiet inside.

 

no broken clips. The sound is more like a squeak from the plastic sliding on itself.

 

I took all of my panels off and put weather seal foam all the way around where the ends touch the metal. It knocked down 80% of the noise.
As for the door handles, I plan to try some thin sheet metal to rub in there. May stiffen it up.

You got to remember, this truck was designed to flex when offroading and thats why that stuff makes noise.
